The 24,000 ETH target has been reached!

It's really hard to do hardcap at this time. bravoo

I got a bit confused. How much is the hard cap? Is the hard cap 24000 ETH or 28000 ETH?
As it is shown in the website the hard cap is now 28000 ETH. Why some people are talking about the hard cap which is already reached?

The hardcap now is 28000 eth and yeah even the sale reached the 24000 eth they still extend the sale to boost their funds ( as per their team ) which I think isn't necessary.

I do not understand this part, there is still UBEX for purchase on the site and it was listed in coinmarketcap, and have other exchanges to buy UBEX, in this case what is the advantage of buying on the official website, and who can buy can withdraw their coins? Sorry, I was absent.

Ubex tokens will be distributed to eth wallets you provided during registration on http://tokensale.ubex.com/ AFTER the end of the tokensale.

Then who's selling right now?

That's the mystery now. Grin I don't want to speculate yet this thing is too obvious to answer

I got it. They had considered the hard cap 24,000 ETH. 24,000 was reached, they they changed the hard cap to 28000 ETH.
If they have reached the target they had considred, why should they try to collect more money? I think they are so greedy or they have not reached 24000 ETH and are trying to trick the investors.

They say exchange listing is on Aug 20th.
Any info on which exchange??

Ubex is already listed on bitforex and I guess that will be a good start plus Ubex is already in CMC and that's quite impressive for the team. Anyway, I hope the team will be open for adding the bounty allocation since the ico as well as the bounty is extended.

I don't remember that bots should say anything about listing...
However, they could've been not updated after the extending of the sale
The 10% should've been already added to your dashboard, it's a bonus for a sum of your purchase

hi dev, i want to make sure that the dev statement extends the duration of the token sale until 30 September?
what are your consequences for all the contributing members of the ethereum price drops further in September and December (time to distribution token)

I agree with your question. What if it is true that in September the ETH price will be lower? yes if indeed all ICO participants and bounties have to wait months, I just hope that everything we fear will not happen.

Ubex wants to bring Artificial Intelligence, neural networks and accumulated data into the Advertising industry. The team behind the project is very wide, with more than 30 experienced people. All in all, they give a very professional vibe and a lot of attention is paid to project's details in whitepapers and on the site.

great job! I am sure that we will continue seeing great advances of Ubex, and convinced that we will achieve good profitability. I've done a review of Ubex on my website, comments are welcome https://todoicos.com/analisis-icos/ubex/  Cool

Cool project, cool idea. The project has already invested more than 24k ETH.
Although ICO ends on September 30, I think they will soon collect a hard cap.

I think they should give a consideration or a fair bonus for the early investors who made and raise a good contribution before the day that ETh was been hardly dump. It seems every Ico now and particularly the eth based tokens will be much affected on this.

We won't be heard here so better raise our issues direct to their telegram channels so we can have a straight answers from them. Let's just hear their side first. I hope there will be a valid reason for this matter and I know they won't let their investors turn their backs or they'll be on trouble.

I'm very concerned by this decision to extend the ICO...  It just doesn't make sense to me.

As the token is now listed they could have simply finished the ICO as scheduled and distributed the tokens.  If they needed more funds due to the price drop in ETH then they could have sold the additional tokens from their '10% reserve' on the exchanges themselves, rather than by extending the ICO.  The only explanation I can think of why they didn't do this is because they're expecting a massive dump of tokens on distribution and the price to plummet.

Which leads to several other concerns...

Who is currently trading UBEX on the exchanges bearing in mind the tokens haven't been distributed yet?

On these exchanges why is UBEX trading at 0.000045 ETH/UBEX?  This is 450% higher than the ICO price.  Why would anyone buy at this price when you can still purchase on the ICO for 80% less than this?

Why did they wait to liquidate the accumulated ETH?  Seems very foolish and essentially gambling that the price would be higher on completion.  If they'd liquidated it as the ICO was running they'd have received the average price smoothed over this period of time.  Far less risky.

A further concern I have is that the "Total raised" counter on the website doesn't seem to be accurate in reflecting purchases using BTC and LTC.  I saw around a week ago in the ticker window that someone had purchased tokens with 2 BTC which should have added around 36 ETH to the counter.  It never seemed to register this.  The value didn't increase at all from an hour before this alleged purchase and never incremented an amount close to 36 ETH in the hours afterwards.  Perhaps these purchases are only added at the end of each day or something.  If this is the case it's odd because the tokens are credited to your account almost immediately as I found out when I purchased some with LTC.

Be great if a representative form Ubex could alleviate some of these concerns.  Personally I'm starting to regret participating.

My concerns only get deeper.

Why are there 4 different instances of the UBEX token on the ETH blockchain all with a total supply of 4bn?  All have some distributed holders

https://etherscan.io/token/0x6704b673c70de9bf74c8fba4b4bd748f0e2190e1
https://etherscan.io/token/0xdfca93ab244fbcab952581881534737cf7c4a129
https://etherscan.io/token/0xa9868c4a302883f557f8fd616a4b9cc1a0aa6c59
https://etherscan.io/token/0xcc757889b8992c0ae378e2e025197ff44e0e406c

I go back to why the extension of the ICO mathematically doesn't make sense.

Ubex are trying to raise an extra 4800 ETH.  In doing this they've given away an extra 10% compensation bonus on what has already been invested by the community.  Equivalent to 2400 ETH.

So if they sell all the additional tokens (4800 ETH), the absolute maximum they can be better off by is 10% (2400 ETH) plus any increase in the price of ETH.

If they only sell half the additional tokens during the extension and the price of ETH remains the same then they are in exactly the same position they are now (but down 20% of tokens as the unsold 10% would be burned).

If they sell all the additional tokens and the price of ETH drops a further 10% (only $28!) then they are in exactly the same position they are now (but down 10% of tokens).

They could have ended the ICO as scheduled and sold an additional 10% of tokens on the exchanges themselves.  This would have raised the same extra amount, would have kept investors happy and they would have 10% more tokens left in the reserve overall.

So I'm sorry mathematically this just doesn't make sense.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Ha, a very good tactical move on the part of the team UBEX to release coins on exchanges with a more expensive price. I really like this idea, many will go to buy UBEX coins on the ico.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ubex/#markets

It is just 2 days ago when it has been added to CMC and on other side token sale is still alive and going on. There is big difference between buy and sell price from ICO. Any people can make easy profit if he directly buy from ongoing crowdfunding campaign.
