Really mature and wise decision to give evidence of a serious commitment and long term plans. I'm sure someone will be unhappy (for example, bounty hunters) but I'd suggest to aim past the horizon and to support this approach.

Hey Petushka, Thanks for the support, It been an interesting year for start ups in the crypto space, Its great to see Zero Carbon taking a measured approach and readjusting plans to fall more in line with the current climate. We're certainly all working on a learning curve here together.

Absolutely agreed. Such approach makes us feel even more confident, though the project have already established itself as a respected startup founded by a solid Company. 'Startup' sounds inappropriate, it's rather a next stage of development complying with new opportunities provided by newest technologies.

The team have not released the details of the private sale. More information will likely be available after the close of the private sale! We'll be sure to share this here if the team has updates!

Nothing official was announced as the reason. It is fairly standard not to disclose private funding.
