If you want to store coins very secure its must be at the offline wallet. Because online wallet a lot of risky by the hacker. But thank to Allah, until to day it not happened to me. I store to MEW Smiley and always open it via JSON file.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You should aim to store your funds on a hardware wallet if you can, those are essentially impervious to hack.
perhaps after the widespread hacking of the Myetherwallet wallet hardware site is now the safest way to store it. although the price is a bit expensive but for the security of funds that it has it will be very useful.

if anything is safer than in MEW because I think MEW is less secure and hacked, offline is safer to keep your wallet safe from hackers.

Yes after the case yesterday I started worrying about storing tokens in MEW, except using metamask. I'm looking for a safer alternative wallet.
my friends suggest using EIDOO or imtoken.

in my opinion to keep eth safely better save it on vip it is the safest, and if we store eth in MEW I am afraid if hacker will track purse and eth we can take over.

Does the recent integration of KyberNetwork with MyEtherWallet offer security improvement for myetherwallet? is it better to access myetherwallet and trade using Kybernetwork decentralized exchange?

an encrypted usb stick or a 4096bit encrypted server would do the trick, but nothing is safe anymore in my opinion.

If you do not store Ether safely, you can lose it. This often happens with newcomers who hold crypto-currencies on some web-based purse, usually where they bought koin.

Currently, MEW has solved that problem and worked regularly. I usually only use MEW for receiving Token from bounty campaigns, and after receiving Token, I will transfer to the exchange floor to trade rather than store in the wallet. So I still see a handy MEW wallet at the moment. If you want to be more secure then store at Coinbase or cold wallet like Trezor, Ledge Nano S.

I advise you to keep your savings in any place, no matter how reliable it was not whether the purse www.myetherwallet.com or any exchange. More reliable option to store on a cold wallet, I advise you to buy the Ledger Nano's . Simplicity, convenience and reliability that's what you need!

What you do not like myetherwallet? If you have a small amount of investment then this is the best service.

If you are worried about your money, use Ethereum Wallet

we must be careful when opening the site myetherwallet, must be considered domain URL address secure , because the phishing site is very similar to the original. I feel more comfortable using imtoken application, because I think more practical and less likely to get phishing, you can try it by downloading the application in google playstore  Wink

What you do not like myetherwallet?
There was an attack that happened to myetherwallet so there are users that doesn't want to trust it anymore.

It's not that they are no longer going to use it but they only want to make sure that their funds are going to okay without any trace of worry.

Couple of DNS servers were hijacked to resolve http://myetherwallet.com users to be redirected to a phishing site. This is not on @myetherwallet side, we are in the process of verifying which servers to get it resolved asap.
all wallets are now safely started from MEW, Bittrex, Binance because it has some security including 2FA which ensures users have extra security if it happens to you there may be some factors that you have done so you forget to close it back so easily hacked by hackers.

This fault was fixed, http://myetherwallet.com is safe if you use Metamask or Ledger Wallet. And please remember that, bookmark the correct link in web browers is the best way to avoide scammers.

Whatever wallet we use. It is all prone to hijacking or hacking. So its up to us how we can protect our wallets. Hackers are everywhere so don't bite the bait that they send to you. So that your crypto will be safe.
