Account was hacked and now reclaimed.

hello, i have done a number of transactions here and have received good trust marking but my trust rating still remains black. i have received ONE bogus negative feedback from one person. even the last names on documents provided do not match. since they have been black listed (both the account and IP address related to multiple account).

any advice?


i really do not not want to start a new account

It takes time for trust to be updated.  Be patient.
