Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank?

I suppose that crypto will be more suitable to hold money because crypto's security is more preferable for me. But banks have other advantages as well.

I think that neither the bank nor the crypto currency can provide 100% security to your money. You can store money in dollars and euros at home (in the safe).
And of course it's more profitable to earn money by investing in the Crypto-currency and trading on it.

I agree, nothing is 100% in life, but at least bitcoin is, I mean you see whatever you want to see on blockchain explorer, for now. But yeah, security, independency, it doesn't provide 100%... That's why I praise God allmighty, he provides, he protects.

yes im totaly agree. In the first place bank is made to safe money and not for investment. Crypto is really vulnerable if remember atleast 3-5 cases of wallet or exchange being hacked in this year. So crypro do have a risk and we do need to find out how to solve this problem. I believe custody of crypto is really needed, and coinbase custody seems really popular and its really good for big investors who are need custody for their coins.

In my opinion, the bank is safer to keep your money than in crypto wallets. But the cryptos bring in more profit margin than the banks. If your money is stolen from the bank, you can easily hold the bank accountable but the same cannot be said of crypto wallets.

Nobody entered crypto because of security, we all came because of the money and easy profits. It's not a rocket science to know that crypto is less safer than a bank.

Your money is definitely safer in the bank, although in crypto you have the private key and have full control of your money but the problem is the user is not that careful to guard their own money. It's a choice between putting your money in the bank and have more security or putting your money in crypto and let the value of your money grow, there's risk of inflation in the bank and there's investment risk in crypto so it's really up to the person himself.

It is alot more secured then the banks but this system have its own issues. I mean if something happens to me then my family won't have a clue that i had some money in crypto and even if they knew, still then they won't be able to withdraw it. So it has benefits but drawbacks also.

Cryptocurrency is not to save money. but this is an investment. where we can have digital assets owned. now you can start investing here. not to save your money. too risky in cryptocurrency

Your money definitely safer in bank but you don't have full control over it, the money is safer but it won't grow much and only losing it's value to inflation. Meanwhile in crypto it can grow a lot as an investment but it's less safe if you don't have hardware wallet. There's a lot of security problem in crypto like dns hijack and other phising site, so if you want your money to be safe, better put it in bank.

If looking for secure then the bank is a safe place. even the ha was also already a guarantee from the bank itself to security issues. but don't expect if stored in the bank will be able to develop well as is the case when stored in crypto. even though it has no security but for the results will be far greater if it is stored in the form of crypto especially for investments in the long term.

There are also risks involved in cryptocurrency which is even more harzadeous than what we see in banks. In the light of any hack, a crypto investor loses their whole life savings within a split second. I think everyone should also have some savings in the bank should incase they get unlucky with crypto so they can always have something to fall back on.

of course,it is safer than in a Bank, in bitcoin you are the owner of a full and only you decide any action associated with your money,here in the Bank there is no such,you will have problems with the Bank with large sums,questions will not be necessary,and in the crypto currency there is no such and much safer.

This shouldn't even be a debate, your money is considerably safer in the bank. Will it grow? Probably not much, if at all. Will it disappear? No. Your money in the bank is generally protected by some sort of authority which comes with certain guarantees. You get none of this in the crypto space, tomorrow you could wake up, your money is stolen and you can't do anything about it. If there's fraud on your bank account, the charges generally get reversed without much questioning at all.

My money is far more safe in crypto than in fiat banks, Reasons include,
Security: I believe with blockchain my money is untouchable, While with Bank there is chance my bank account get hacked as it will show all information on my name.
Privacy: Crypto is very anonymous for me. MY NAME will never appear any where, and that is why i love Crypto. JUST YOUR address, nothing more

Money in crypto, when the market is right, is potentially safer in that your potential income is high, but it is unstable and unsafe. Inaction is still an action, when you do not invest, you play gambling the same way as when you do. But keeping it in the mode is safer in terms of stability and security.

Not to be bias but i believe when it comes to being safe so far bank is safer, but i believe in time crypto will do measures in order for you to be guaranteed 100 percent that your money is in good hands. This is just to be true as of now many of walley hi-jacking incidents so in be vigilant in order for you to secure your money here in crypto
