Digital Eurasia Coin (DEC) is a coin faithful to the block chain technology.

There are a lot of altcoins, but there are not many coins available.

DEC recognized these problems and tried to make coins that could actually be used.

Numerous cryptocurrencies investors are looking for a good coin.

A good coin is actually a coin that you can actually use.

DEC is a practical coin made for actual use.

I'm a bit confused by your description of:

There are a lot of altcoins, but there are not many coins available.

Do you mean that the actual number of coins is low? From what I see of this coin 38.58 coins/block halving every month your not going to have all that many coins yourself, apart from the ones with a very short mining period (like in days/weeks) many coins mint significantly more than what this would for a longer or indefinite period.

what is the specialty of DEC coin with other coin
and why you are so sure this coin will be useful and certainly many are interested in this DEC coin
because at the moment it is very difficult to find a coin with a good price and useful
