Except you want to sell at loses.... I think you should still hold as we are currently seeing uptrend signal now. All these coins are going to recover and we just need to be a little patience with the market. Many people sell they coins last week out of fear that Bitcoin is going to fall below  $5,000 but you can see were things are today. I have been seeing this positive trend among the altcoins also and we just need to hold for now.

In general, it is unfortunate that you HOLD or invested all your financial budget in just one Token (because you said " My token " in the OP), so this is a wrong choice for you. In fact, I think the only solution to this problem is patience and you should not rush to make decisions because you may regret especially if that Cryptocurrency has risen a lot

In addition to that, you must learn from those mistakes and decisions, and in my opinion, when you have a great amount of financial budget, you must  divide it into many cryptocurrencies, and  if you want a guarantee profit, simply, you should invest or hold 60% of your budget in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple , and the  last  percentage in Tron, Cardano, Litecoin , IOTA..

i believe every time the market fluctuates, the price of altcoins is always drop very quickly and we all lost our profit, but as long as we still keep our coins, we still have the chance to witness the rising market in no far future, depends on the altcoins you are holding, each of every one of them can have a high chance to rise in the future, as long as you have enough patient to hold for long term.

Usually the top 100-200 coins will follow bitcoin pretty closely when there is a big bull run or bear run, obscure altcoins on the top 300+ can be extremely random, specially because they have a really low volume, <100k dollars which means that anyone with a good amount of money even 5k can move the whole market up or down for that particular coin.

First of all, can you tell us what tokens are you investing in because if it is a good altcoins like Ethereum or other popular altcoins in top 150 then you should be fine and HODL them until the end of this year. If it is a bad altcoins then you should sell them and reinvest in better alts.

To this point, I agree that holding is the best option if you already lost 80-90% of your initial investment you might as well just hold but you should have never gotten to this point. You should always set stop losses even if you want to hold for a very long time because no cryptocurrency is safe.

if possible. Let go of that frightening thought. If you can not do it. You should sell it cheaply. to avoid psychological impact. Any token is going down at the moment. and gradually go up now. Patience and panic are essential in this market

I am a newbie, and I have some experience about lossing value on one altcoin. I am very panic about that situation, luckily I have a friends. And he told me to hold my alt. I hold it, and now I get my value again.

Sell only if you need this cash urgently. In the remaining cases you should find exit strategy (with loses, but on higher levels) or wait till break-even point.

A problem I foresee with the above suggestion, is that with some tokens, BEP may remain an illusion and if OP can apply and ascertain that price have dropped well below the 61% Fibonacci level, say up to the 74% level, then best bet is to cut short your losses and move on, time's money. All said and done, we can never win all and it does not matter how hard we try!

I think that you correctly advise, because this moment of the market's fall has long been analyzed and therefore we should simply wait it out. I think that 2018 will not be as active, As the past, but that nemesis will have positive prospects.
