I think it is considered by watching the past Bull last time Bitcoin price was $20000 in Bull condition and right now it is too low and i think in the market Bull condition its price will considered more then $20000,
You can see that the price of bitcoin in recent days has been rising steadily and at the moment has reached the threshold of $ 9600 and is still on the strong recovery. My analysis is just a short-term recovery and if overall, bitcoin prices are still in a strong downtrend and may reach $ 1000 by the end of 2018.

You can not say if it is bull market by increase in price. The trade volumes must increase too and there must be more buyers than sellers.

Overall trading volume is increasing quite steadily, so is the marketcap. Right now with the recent bull breaks of eth, ltc and even bitcoin we can definitely say we are in a bull trend, the big resistance is at the last high of around 12k. If we break 12k convincingly then we will be back in a bull market, for sure.

How much of an increase is considered as a "bull market"
I think it usually represents just the growing market, it start from 10-15% growth of the whole capitalization I guess.

if we can analyze when the market can reach a certain price, it may be determined later whether it is a bull or bearish. and also more buyers didnt guarantee at all it will make a sign of bullish

I have read different answers and after reading posts here feel a bit confused because some say that even if the price of one coin goes up it is already the bull market while others call even the green line like this

How much of an increase is considered as a "bull market"
A bull market generally is when you get to see the price tending towards the uptrend and is going up until further notice. The difference here is that when the market is in the buying spree mode, then it is the bulls at work, and once it is in the selling spree mode, then the bears are at work. However, there is what we call a rally, which can come in both ways and this happens in the case where things are just going out of hand either up or down as the case may be.

Well as of now it begins though you can see that the bull are already running, and by the gradually decrease of bitcoin no doubt it will pump up though , it will be a huge run for the market. But overall we expect the unexpected though. I do not see any bull run for now but I have a deep feeling that coins are absolutely ready to start their growth. I suspect that the average gaining will be 20-25% which is considered to be a bull market.

How much of an increase is considered as a "bull market"
There is no such reference or a category where you can refer a trend as a bull or a bear market. People will just call it a bull or a bear depending how it affects the whole crypto market. As you know, most or almost all the top 500 coins and tokens were red during the bear market and during the bull you can see everything is green. It really doesn’t matter whether it is bear market or the bull, what matters is which one is more profitable for a person. Now here, many people think the bear market as loss and worried, but this isn’t the case overtime. All those who want to get into the market and those too who want to buy more coins, they must be getting in here through bear market because prices are low then.

The bull market always start with a very long candlestacks and must time morning star and I think if you can train your eye to discover this your will make great progress in your trading. I have been in this market for quite sometime now and I don't think you can rate a particular amount with bull or bear market but a setting.

A bullish market happens when prices growing up around 20%, obviously after a drop of 20 percents and before a same decline

I think when bitcoin experiences a bull market situation and no good news can trigger a bitcoin price movement then it will only rise by 30% but when there is good news that can trigger price movements and can make bitcoin useful then it is definitely the price of bitcoin can up to more than 50%.

We can compare the previous trend and the ongoing trends on the growing price in the market. Since price is so much fluctuating and the swing trend maybe we can determined on the bull run starts in the market. But I think not too rely much on the percentage because price change.

Well bulls may take a slower approach than an immediate rise to 20%. Like for the market's status now, it's quite steadily moving up with little corrections along the way and it's likely the bulls are at work here though not entirely.

Let's break it down a little further: What is a 'Bull Market' A bull market is a financial market of a group of securities in which prices are rising or are expected to rise. The term "bull market" is most often used to refer to the stock market but can be applied to anything that is traded, such as bonds, currencies and commodities. Source: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/bullmarket.aspThe tricky part is that how can we say that crypto market is on a bull run when the price keeps on fluctuating? For me as long as the price is going on the green zone then we are in a bull run or bull market. Crypto really defies definitions as far as the financial market is concern. So sometimes its a borderline case, that's why its really hard say when we are in a bull run or not. You are correct that cryptocurrencies really defies definition, governments cannot even get an agreement on what bitcoin is to begin with, is it an asset? Is it a security? Or is it a currency? They do not know how to regulate it and how to tax it, so it is not really a surprise that it is kind of difficult to define what it is a bull market in cryptocurrencies, for example if we saw a 10% drop in stocks that will be one of the biggest crashes in the history, while in bitcoin that is just another day.

If coin is increased by hundred percent within two months trading and this prices are sustained for another two months and the momentum keep building, that could be a signal to bull trend.

How much of an increase is considered as a "bull market"
The experts says thru the google that at least 20% increase from the former baseline will be considered a bull market in which it is difficult to happen now because as we have observed in the market every coins is in difficult to reach steady the at least 20% increase. So therefore even if it reach the minimum but if its not stable then still it cannot be called a bull market.

I think you are speaking the right thing but it should be other way round. I mean if there are more buyers than the sellers then I am pretty sure the trade volume will increase as well. It's been long time since market was in trouble or was in bearish trend but now the time has come when we see lot of buyers. So surely it is bull run and nothing else. The possibility of market going ATH has increased a lot too. So from all the direction it's just the up surge.
