User CrypticBits and myself agreed on making a web app for me and I have paid down payment for his service.
It was 26.5LTC what goes for 0.36 BTC
here is the payment.

The deadline for the work was tonight, but as he stopped responding to my PM few days ago I can't be bothered to give him time to explain himself.
He was giving some sort of updates during the process, but just reports, no visible proof of work.

All communication was on PM so I have no solid proof of the deal.

CrypticBits is a scammer. He offered payment after signing up as his ref and reaching certain level. When some people reached first goal he stoped responding. No answers for private message as well.

Confirmed.

It has been 7 days since the first claim on the thread, and there has been no evidence of him paying anybody. He has not responded to questions or PMs.

I can't believe so many people have been scammed, I'd advise you guys to perform background checks on the person's profile before trading as well as considering the use of escrow for larger pruchases.

But i didn't trust the fact that he only accepted BTC and didn't want to accept the money by bank transfer. So no tracing possible.

He is indeed from the Netherlands.
