seem like people don't happy with irfan rules that will decrease pool 50% if the campaign have lower 50 participants.
if the project good that's easy to attract a lot of participants but with the project people can't confirm good or bad they join like a play gamble so the reduce rules make them people scare
I don't think its that much bad rules, Actually, I have seen that very fewer people join the campaign where we have to pay them 100% from the signature pool, which i don't really like. That's why I have introduced that rules.
