Dorpsgek, here's my info:

1: CL Balance - 3.6 BTC
2: on the original thread : YES
3. settled : NO
3: lawsuit: YES

After some emails TF started responding. I emailed back and forth with TF to negotiate a settlement, his first email contained a 1 BTC mistake, apparently a CD deposit got calculated as a withdrawal. TF corrected this and I got his final offer which was about 10 % of my balance. I did not settle for this disrespectful amount.

If you try PMing Trade Fortress on this forum it says he is blocked your account. Has he blocked everyone from PMing him or just selected those people who he owes money?

Everyone.
And to clarify, he hasn't added that after the "hack".
TF turned off all PM's from his account settings and instead has been telling people to email him for quite some time.

Sent like 10 emails, no response. Sucks, cause I am about to have to move because of some dumb stuff on my part and falling behind on my mortgage, and my CL balance would have completely solved the problem. /sigh. Oh well.

Same here, have sent lots of emails, nothing. And have had a run of bad luck with things myself, where if I had my BTC in CL, that'd be a HUGE relief, and with it being the holidays, doesn't help with the stress.

Money isn't everything, holidays can be cheap, go down to your local nature reserve and pitch a tent and pick some wild strawberries for nutrients

Has anyone had any luck at all getting in touch with gaston909 ?

I've messaged him (twice) with a question and some info on my missing CL balance but he never got in touch. TF of course after quite a few emails never bothered replying either. I now see someone is asking for "authorisation letters" to be signed from us for an investigation in China.

I'm worried this will lead nowhere? :-/

Apologies for my absence - Doctor stuff followed by the holidays meant I have been out of action.

Will catch up with everything soon and give an update.
