Hello ive been using bitcoin qt for a while now and have had no problems but recently I have been having an issue. After a recent transaction I waited for the blockchains to clear and never recieved the transaction, also the connection bar will not turn to green and stays a yellow orange colour no matter how long I wait.
It says it is connected but it is obviously not because I am not recieving my coins I have tried reinstalling and many other things but to no avail and it still will not recieve the bitcoins any one know what could be the problem?

If bitcoin qt is stuck with syncing at the same block forever, you have to delete the blockchain manually (not wallet.dat !) and bitcoin qt will download the blockchain again

It can get confused if you lose internet connection, just close it and restart it, and it should continue from where it last was up to.

If you're trying to import a wallet from a different version you may have to run it from the command line with one of the options.
Bitcoinqt.exe /? for a list or options.
