Why do we have to wait for so long between posting? I mean, I totally get the idea with some waiting time to prevent spamming, but really, 360 seconds? Is that really necessary?

Probably because people new to Bitcoin will start asking questions that have been asked a million times, like "What if I alter the code of Bitcoin to give myself more money" or things like that. Or "What if I generate the same address as someone else"

I hope the admin can change the posting time limit.
It is too long to wait 6 min to post a message.

Yeah, but they will ask those questions with or without waiting times of 360 seconds, don't you think?

It's really annoying, specially when you are answering in short sentences.

Look at the error message, the problem is your IP. And then look to my posting times.

Solution: Change your IP Wink

I don't think you are supposed to evade this.

I do not think so, because it is not a problem to assign this lock to IP AND account.
