My Single SC finally arrived after so many months of waiting.
Results though are not as expected - it is mining at 54Gh/sec with BFGMiner. I also tried cgminer and results are similar.

Is there any way to tweak it?

Check this post out. My singles all run 56G. I'll probably do this upgrade when difficulty rises, i don't want to risk bricking them at this point.

Yeah they're official 50Gh/s miners now. You have to take the risk of over clocking it 60GH/s yourself!

I bought the 60Gh/s mate not the 50Gh/s one when they were still around :-)

Yep so did I. They say +/- 10% . Funny how all of mine were on the minus side. Also the jalapeno+upgrade didn't even  hit 7G, but the one I ordered without upgrade did. Oh well.

Have you tied connecting it to another computer or even switching it to a different USB port?  I know my unit works better on my laptop for some strange reason.

Maybe cause they are poorly built with inferior parts? That could explain why there are so many issues with the BFL units.

Yes i have a Flashing Service you can find me on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/261334955666?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649     i will upgrade your speed and keep the HW down so you get the speed that cgminer or bfgminer says
i have already helped many get there hw down to 4% down to 0 depending on unit i do 24hrs return time from when i get it till it ships

One of my units was underperforming so I contacted BFL and they said the Single SC units have a lifetime warranty and I could RMA it if I wanted to.  However they do state 60 GH/s +/- 10% which is 54-66 GH/s so I'm not sure if yours would be covered... can't hurt to ask though.

I get about 57GH out of the BFL 60Gh unit I paid for.

In their defense, my 7gh Jalapeno is running at 8.5 so .....

My single will run at 58.8+GH/s and over the coarse of 12 hours it will start to drop off slowly down to 57 +/- all it takes is a quick restart and it goes right back up. Now I did have problems with the hash rate dropping off in only 4 -6 hours ( drop to 55 ) while I had 70 USB miners running on the same computer. Over 12 hours then I would see the miner drop as low as 45 GH/s. So I sold the USB miners off and just run the BFL.

How many devices should appear in BFGminer? I am seeing BFL 0a up to BFL 0o, that would be 15 in total.
Is this correct?
Also when mining temps go around 67-68 Celcius which looks ok...
