Considering bitcoin is the vehicle and you are the driver, slammed into the wall due to some careless act, obviously, the authority will charge the driver as a violator because he is the one manipulating the steering wheel for any direction, same as bitcoin, any up's and down's of bitcoin is our own well because of we are the one running it and whatever it takes it's us to be blame.

I definitely agree with this one. We should be responsible for all the things we use including crypto currencies.

This is a good question indeed. Bitcoin is a vehicle and am the driver and as a driver I need to be moving in different directions to generate income. I need not to move in one direction.

I do agree. Despite of all the accusations and doubts hiding behind Bitcoin, what we must be blamed with all the negative happenings including the changes happening in Bitcoin's price movement, were as humans who were the major user and fuel that contributes to this changes. I do believe into you that the movement depends on us and not Bitcoin itself because what brings Bitcoin up into this far is us people who continuously uses it and risen up the demand upon using it. Bitcoin became a tool for us to have a comfortable life that we are experiencing right now so what makes it suffer, makes us also suffer on it because we are the people who manipulates the movement and not Bitcoin alone.

Of course we can't blame bitcoin if it is being taken advantage of people to scam and for illegal transactions. We have seen it  lot and will continue to witness it as bitcoin is growing and reaching every facets of society. However, there are also a lot of positive outcome when you involved yourself on it. It can be used as form of investment of even used as payment method. So we really need to understand how it really works so that we know how to protect ourselves from scammers out there.

It's a vehicle, however we don't have total control over it, as a individual yes, but as a whole, No, there are much more powerful people behind like the whales who can stir the direction to whatever they want.

All bad things that can be done using  BTC and with other cryptocurrencies are being done for centuries using Fiat currencies. Let's accept the fact that human nature is good as well as bad, there are many people who are doing things for the welfare of humanity using cryptocurrencies. It's not fair to say that BTC can only be used at the dark web and has only negative use cases.
Every invention is a vehicle and is being run by humans. Take the example of guns, for instance, they can be used to defend yourself and also to kill innocent people but that doesn't make guns accountable for their bad usage. Same holds true for BTC and all other cryptocurrencies

Yes ,that is a good example. Bitcoin acts as a vehicle and we are the one who drives it, we lead the path where bitcoin will go, so when it got to an accident, the driver is the responsible and being punished by law and not the vehicle. The same rules apply on the volatility of bitcoin, we cannot say that the changes are random,users have huge impact on the price of bitcoin, whether they buy more or sell more.

It's the same concept of guns don't kill people, it's people that kill people. However guns make's it easy to kill in the same way that bitcoin makes it easy to make illegal transactions. Bitcoin can be blamed to making it easier, but it's the people that do it that should get the real blame
