We are testing our new pool out while we implement exciting new features.

During our entire public beta period we will be running with no fees.

You can come mine with us for no fee at the moment and check out our exciting new features as we add them.

Right now we are running a straight proportional payout method, but we will be implementing new options in the coming days.

How to get started:

First sign up at the site, once you have done that you will be able to create workers for your miners.
Usually it is best to create one worker for each miner you wish to connect to the pool, it is much better this way for stats tracking purposes.
Once you have created your workers, you can point your miners to: pool.bitfarms.ca port 8332 or http://pool.bitfarms.ca:8332 depending on your miner version.
You can use any of the current miner software available

If you have not mined before or are new to mining and using windows, the easiest way to get started is to download the latest version of GUIMiner
and use that.

And just keep in mind everyone, I am working on a very much improved code base for the pool. We will have many new features implemented very soon, and it will improve the way the site works immensely.

It probably would help if you didnt close the signup page when users type in the "@" character for email during registration.

Right now whenver I type my email and get to "@" it closes registration page and asks me to login lol

Interesting... That form is just a simple HTML form. Nothing fancy about it. The only "fancy" thing about it is you have to click the button to make it submit. Pressing enter, or any other key, doesn't trigger anything. Do you by chance have an add-on that might be getting in the way?

I just tested the signup form, had no problems signing up.

Maybe try a different browser?

By the way, the 3.5 BTC bonus for the finder of the first block comes out of my pocket, not out of the block rewards.
If I am the finder of the first block, the bonus will get bumped over to the second block.


So basically it's the first block found by our users, If it happens to be me that finds it we will roll the bonus over.

What happens if no payout address is specified?
