I just want to figure how they manage to recover it from the fall down.

Yes you are right, but for those who has perseverance and industry will earn bitcoins freely without taking a cash out in your pocket you just join means of how to earn here at bitcoin talk. It's just a matter or patience and belief. I didn't lose my confidence in bitcoin and the result I was able to get back loss. Waiting is all that you can do once bitcoin is struggling so don't lose hope. You have faith to overcome it and it will repay you with greater reward. Bitcoin might have a problem but it will give you back what you deserve.

This is correct. As long as you haven't sold any single Satoshi you haven't made a loss. That's what is called unrealized losses!
For the time being your portfolio may be worth a lot less, but it is no loss!
So you can hold, if you have strong hands and patience, and just wait until the market reverses and price rises above your break even.
Then you'll be in profit. But as long as you don't sell, this is unrealized profits!
So you're making bank when selling above break even, and you lose when selling below break even.

If i had a trade loss in a high amount, i usually stop trading from exchange and start finding good ICOs that can recover my loss.
And i always managed my loss, in case i have to let my money go when i'm loss, and i don't have any problem with that.
I only trading money that i can efford to lose.
