Is it really worth it to invest in ICO?

Its worth investing so long as you get to learn the project is creative and has the team with reliable members specially with those ICO who offer big bonuses but these were back on the days were there were few Scams. There are good ICO to invest but these days only few are the ones that gives confident to the investors as project today are not very unique at all.

yes, investing on ico can give you a big return, but investing is too risky, you must investigate first before you invest, you must avoid scam ico, I know its hard to say if a certain ico is scam or not, but you have to find it out.

investing on an ICO is too risky specially when you invest a lot but on the other hand if the project's ICO succeed you will have the higher chance to make big profit from it. you really have to choose a project to invest with very carefully make a thorough research and study very it very well. that's all i can say.

First of all don't forget which was the first ICO...That's true it maybe the risk but just imagine,When you are going to invest in something in real life do you make decisions without observations? its the same thing.Today its very easy to create something in digital realm,But we need to compare every detail successively to see and understand the importance of performing our own analysis.So the key is fundamental analysis,in another situation there won't be a 'security risk'.Anyway we need to understand the complex nature of any project and their underlying technology,therefore we can reduce the risk.

I am wondering about people investing in an ICO if it is really worth because base on my obvservation there are many investors on ICO period and i do not know some would always say that investing in an ICO is risky. I would like to get the investors idea directly if they were really successful in their investment  or the haters that say investing in ICO risky is really true. This is also more like a small study for future references that someday i am going to invest in an ICO since i have seen  a great potential in investing on it. Thus, i have seen many discounts offering bonuses and that is the good thing that happen in joining in ICO investments. Hopefully i could get some answers in the forum.

Well , the key will be to choose the ICO's wisely .
Find the experts and the experiences and see where they are investing and which bounty they are working on . That is one of the best ways to find one of the best ICOs and invest or do work for them .  The investment never fails if the project is good and the people investing in them are the players of the market . Also look out for the team . Just do your research properly.

Some projects are worth it all the way, on the other hand some projects naturally not as everyone knows.

The key point is researching coin/token before joining to ICO. Also if you trust your analysis capability and you are a good researcher, high quality ICOs are worth it definitely. Just find to promising project and. That's all you need.

According to my small experience, it will be risky. Many factors are related to the ICOs, without knowing investing in ICO will be such a foolish work, only for knowing that ICO investment is profitable. Do you know there are a number of ICOs is released daily but it’s a matter of fact that form them some of them were successful for investors who fail to the project most of them we don’t know because no one to disclose the failure? So if you don’t know well and don’t have much support, don’t go for invest.
Or if you are scared of afraid to take the risk, you should not take the risk. You can invest in another sector without losing the money in this gamble.

Honestly and personally i could not say if it is worth it or not, but the fact will always be this, it is really risky and you have to accept that before you decide about your next move. Not to complicate things but first you really have to examine further the ICO you are going to invest with, then decide whether you will risk or not, that is the only way you will know if it is worth the risk or not.

Yeah, you're right the risk is always been there even if it is not an ICO, you just have to choose the right team and project to start your investment. By looking at their whitepaper, roadmap, teams, etc., it is your great chance to choose a good ICO that is worth your risk. You won't have to regret things more than usual as you accept the fate of the project already when you invested it because you are certain of what you are researching.

the only one way that was working for me last year it was bounty and ico investment. I've tried to trade, but it is harder to get some profits if you dont use signals or you are busy with your regular job. So my strategy is to buy tokens of an ico on private pools and you rarely will be in negative balance. Usually I get x2 profits minimum with strong projects.

Any ICO offers high returns and profits from the purchase of their shares or securities, in our case tokens. But alas, all this you will, in case of success of ICO. And no one can guarantee success, even with a large collection of funds, companies can not get on the rails.

Of cours it's worthy if you invested in a legit ICO project . But the problem is it's not easy to find out a good ICO that can rise x10 after ICO ended. For example, if you invested in Credits ICO project with a large amount of money I think you'll be a rich man right now cause CS (Credits) token price increased about 10 times higher after Credits ICO project ended. For now, if you're still looking for a good ICO project to invest in, i think you should take a look at Bitnautic or QuarkChain.

I followed the bounty and they issued a coin through ICO and their ICO followed by many participants and the coins sold could be more than 50% so I think ico is still worth following for investment
