A good ICO project must have a white paper to study the project. This white paper can reveal the whole essence of the project. It must have a very professional website and work team. It must have a good product to serve in the encryption community. It must have Real token or coin

Not only good ICO, if you check the announcement thread or website will have the white paper at there for sure so take it as consideration for confirm good project.

If you are looking to invest on the ICO project check it whether they achieved the soft cap or not. If they didn't you should stay away.

Agreed. But with all this, do you really still want to invest in ICO, as the experience of the last six months shows that ICO issue their tokens at a lower price. Therefore, I do not see the sense to invest in ICO.

Its complex to pushing the ICO to be top investment, people just think about how experience the token/token after the public sale. But in every project has vision, team, whitepaper to make them be a good ICO.

A good ICO project is first and foremost a good team that is capable of realizing everything that they will conceive. Therefore, when investing in ICO, first of all pay attention to the development team.

What makes a good ICO?

There are only few of ICO are good, the others are not good to invest, just wasting your money.
The measure of good ICO is i think the good management of the community. If The team often to communicate, i think that will be a good ICO project.

As a good ICO, whether it is centralized or decentralized, it needs strong multi-user support. If the decentralized application wants to be accepted by mainstream users, it needs to be able to support at least a million users, so the decentralized application needs to have sufficient capacity expansion.

Yes that's correct, Moreover a ICO should have a reputed management team members who has a proven record of successful project, partners of the ICO is really important, whitepapers and most importantly the services or product which the ICO has to offer as it should be the need of the hour.

A good ICO project, which depends on each specific project, and the team behind the project. Whitepaper Review of ICO Projects, Most Typical Investors Do not Read Through Whitepaper. A good ICO project has also reported on Bitcointalk.org before the ICO, Bitcoin is the largest forum and also the first forum on Bitcoin and topics related to coding. You should read the user's feedback carefully. The interest of investors will be answered or not. If the developer avoids answering a few questions, it's a bad sign.

project that deploy their project token under smart contract platform dont need to worry about this also most of the project i know dont even need that much scalability because the users is not as much as bitcoin and the transaction never make the blockchain crowded. so overall this thing you mentioned is irrelevant and cant be considered as a problem

I think there are 3 key factors of good & successfull ICO : 1) Professional team of developers, preferably with experience of blockchain development 2)Top-class market managers and advisers , including well-known personalities in crypto and business sphere 3) Significant interest of investors at the private-sale stage (millions rised) . These factors will attract a lot of new investors at ICO stage and will lead project to success.

What you say is true, surely the team has a good performance and trust, they are professional and have a big name in the blockchain world. With the aim of investors for the long-term and provide many opportunities or new ideas in ico.
One key that must be considered well in order to avoid fraud.

I do not know what you mean, good or potential ICO projects are evaluated by the team, the advisors, the whitepaper and especially how the future of the project will be applied in everyday life, Does it make our lives better? And the feel and activity of community groups involved in the project. These are the evaluation criteria for the ICO project

If the goal of the project is really qualitative and can be useful to people, then the project has every chance of rapid development.
