If that is the case, I suggest coinbase to you. It supports bank transfers in many country(and supports transfer via credit card as well). Assuming that you live in US, Europe, UK, Australia, Singapore or Canada, you should refer to this website for payment methods. If not then you should look(on google) for other wallets that supports conversion to and from your local fiat currency.

What exactly are you trying to achieve here? If you're simply looking for a wallet to hold your funds, then Go with Electrum. The fees are lower compared to banks, and not related to the amount being transacted but with the size of the transaction. I wouldn't suggest using anything that doesn't give you control of your private keys (exchanges/ online wallet providers).

Hardware wallets: Ledger or Trezor is the best for bitcoin storage. I know it may be expensive for newcomers but everybody must own at least one hardware wallet soon or later. You can keep your altcoins in the exchanges if the amount is low. Because some altcoin wallets need technical knowledge, if not your pc may be unsecure than exchanges.

There is no wallet for Bitcoin with features like remittance in cash. If you r are looking for something like this, you should find a service supporting such features. Only blockchain projects I know that can help you with that are Everex and Nexo, but I haven't used them yet and don't know if remittances are already available for users.

If that's the case, you should have separate Bitcoin wallet, the first one should be a hot wallet where you always use your Bitcoin to transact or buy and sell your Bitcoin, it can be an exchange like coinbase or any services that lets you sell your Bitcoin. The other wallet should act as a cold wallet, this is where you store all of your Bitcoin long term investments and you should have the access to your private key, the best option to store your Bitcoin is to use a hardware or paper wallet, especially if you are going to invest huge amount of money. Btw electrum wallet lets you send Bitcoin on multiple address.

Essentially, in a Bitcoin transaction, the fee amount is main reason for increasing/decreasing speed of transaction time (confirmation time) not a wallet and also the fee is dependent to the transactions volume in Bitcoin network at the determined time, but, the wallet can has the option of choosing the fee automatically based on the Bitcoin network traffic.

That depends on the purpose . If you are using it with your  bank accounts and have the ambition of withdrawing it side by side than you can use wallets that uses credit or debit cards and you can also use the wallets that are associated with the local exchanges . In which ever country you live, their must be some local exchange wallet that deal with the transfer of bitcoin into your bank account . I suggest you to find that out or you can simply go with coinbase.

For me i use coins.ph because it's very suitable for my country too , and it's been trusted and used by many filipinos , so i have no doubt in coins , but then again there are lot's of wallet though such as the bitcoinwallet , and blockchain , these wallet is trusted and safe.

for my personal wallet for bitcoin I keep in exchange wallets,
whereas for real storage I store in the base of the coin because it
makes it easy to transact and change the currency we want,
and possibly for his future will gradually use the ledger nano

You can use lite wallets like electrum or exodus if you  would like to use for transactions very often
If you wish to hold small qty,any reputed wallet should be ok ,but not advised

I know what to do when you use it because btc has many types like erc20 it can be in the coin ph and my ether wallet you should keep in mind where you use it Because your wallet can be damaged if you do not know what is right when using it.

if you have more bitcoin.  You should buy a wallet to store your bitcoin.  Besides there are also some online wallets as well as coinbase.  You can buy bitcoin through your bank account

Use a hardware wallet. It is the most secure option out there. There are two brands that really count: Ledger and Trezor. Trezor is open source, while Ledger supports many more coins and is working forward supporting even more (Monero is on their waiting list too).

So I suggest buying yourself a hardware wallet, from an official vendor to avoid scam, and it will give you options to grow your portfolio to some other coins too.
