add me as well please.. same name damnation..
and it looks like a clean site... very smooth so far.. how has your experience been trading with it?
I've been a trader there for some time now (over 6 months i think) and never had any major issues with it. Staff are friendly and communicative and while there are delays some of the time when dealing with issues like any exchange, they do get resolved. Admin and other staff also make themselves available in chat now and then
Also I can say in my time using the site that have I seen it go offline, so for me this is another important thing that an exchange can keep itself online and working.
Being able to invest now in companies on their Securities platform is another new addition since the closure of BTC-TC/LTCGlobal and as dividends will get paid straight to my account, it another convenience for me. Any dividends from investments are there available for my use. Hoping to see some more ex-Bitfunder/BTC-TC/LTCGLobal make their way there
I know there have been some issues with payment processors and that some users have experienced delays of more then the specified max time for FIAT withdraw (48hrs). They are processed manually so some delay is to be expected unlike blockchain transactions which are instant (queued if hot wallet is empty). Any user that hasn't received after the max period should contact the support and i'm sure they will fix that ASAP
For me FIAT is simply another pair to trade with on site, so I have not had the experience yet of withdrawing/depositing, but AFAIK, no one has lost money. I think they also looking for some better processors that are safe and secure to use for both users and site so if you know of a good one, you may want to suggest it to them.
Currently these are ones that can be used:
OKPay seems to have the least issues with users but I don't think its avail to US based users yet. Paypal withdrawal is avail but it can take upto a week and is the longest of all options, I wouldn't recommend using paypal at all anymore for anything but some users still depend on it.
