Most of these coins are pump and dumps , no one really cares about developing services and sites for it , they just care about making a fast million and rinsing  and repeating. Stick with the top coins.

I am talking about top coins (not just bitcoin). Yes there is litecoin paperwallet, but what about everything else?

I disagree that no one cares, look at the market caps of the top 10 coins. I'm surprised there aren't paper wallets developed already.
