That is not a passive income dude, that is an earn income, why ? because you are working and they are paying you. It is like being self-employed. (no work = no pay). And in terms of scam ICOs that pisses off bounty hunters. If you are really into this, knowing scam ICOs will be easier to you. You need to know if the projecT makes any sense and not just wanting quick profits. You will know that if the project is real when the goal of that company makes sense.

Participation in the bounty is a good way to earn money without risk and investment.  And then you can sell the coins and invest in ICO.

My desire in bounty campaign now disappeared, and think now it is just a waste of time. I been participated in bounty signature campaign and yes i received the reward but its value is very low and the other campaign is fake. So my hard word have not been paid. Will all of this you stated,is true that its hard to find out a good bounty,because crypto world is in crisis and tons of scam ICO,exist now in the cryptomarket,thats why some bounty hunters are quitting now and find another kind of bussiness,otherwise in my own ways im still participating in bounty campaign but i look out into the  bounty manager who have a good reputation,because i believe that they paid your works properly,because they want to maintain there honor as a good leader.

if you trust the ICO and the you believe in its cause support the campaign, but if you are just doing it for the sake of making money, I suggest that you go and look for another way of earning. There are a lot of learning that you will get if you join a bounty campaign, you will be updated to different types of cryptocurrency and you can choose what you want. I do not see it being a waste of time and a great passive income as well, since the rewards that will be given to you is always volatile and there is no guarantee that it is going to go up, and if you say that it is just a waste of time, then why join the bounty in the beginning, your slot might be valuable for others.
we should not also take a look at on how many rewards will will be given, bounties are created in order to help the devs promote their coin and the project, I think even if the reward is small if the project became valuable then you will positive gains, but if the project will become dead, then you should know when to exit and not blame it on the bounty.

It is rewarding to find projects that you connect with and then have some impact on how well it does in the sale. To me they are also fun to do, no matter the rewards. Maybe some of it is a waste of time. But still I believe that there still good bounties where you earn big money.  You will notice it through telegram if admin is active or the project is having huge joiners or the fb and twitter is updated. And the project is good.

Depends on the campaign probably, if it's worth your time and you're good at it (high rank etc) you could make a decent buck on the side

Bounty campaign is not a waste of time, neither it is also a source of income to depend on regularly. Bounty should be seen as learning activity to enhance your trading skills. Learning about whitepaper, the product the ICO is offering and even the team development skills should be augmented into our skills. When you acquire some financial benefit from it, it must be considered as gesture.

Its hard to say what is good and not coins for bounty and since i am not thst expert to classify which one iw not and good i just check coin's developer in fhtey hsve s linked in, WP roadmap and also bounty manager who run it. i also prefer high rank bounty manager such as hero or legendary cause i know they will not put their name in shame if they will accept scam coins.
