What happened:: I used an escrow while buying
account of sr member.LogicM asked me to use Nelka4 as escrow.I send him 200$ and he/she blocked me.LogicM also blocked me from Telegram after I send money
I think both are same person.

If both people blocked you, then most likely they are the same person or they are working together to scam you out of your BTC.

Nelka4's reputation is nowhere near enough for him to qualify as a legitimate escrow to begin with, you should have known that. Trusting a random senior member with $200 isn't going to end well, especially with account sales.

This is why account sales is frowned upon here. Not only is there a huge chance that you'll get caught buying the account, you may also just get scammed by the person that's trying to sell you the account.

BTW, is the scammer's profile this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2019448? I couldn't find anyone with the username LogicM, but this user has the telegram name of LogicM and is selling accounts.

Exactly the above! Sr. Member accounts can be bought for under 200$ for sure, so a chance makes a thief.
We just need to wait DT member to tag him. Also you should always ask for a signed message if buying something from someone, so it is easier to show that you have been scammed by the exact person.

Are you sure that this is Nelka4 and not a person who is trying to pretend to be him?

Never ever buy accounts, as this is heavily discouraged action on this forum and will get you tagged as well if someone finds out.
Your funds are gone, and they won't come back as if he did this, then his non-existant reputation is already ruined.

I hope that you can take this as a lesson not to blindly trust some unknown person on the internet as hunting them down is not usually worth it, and if done right then finding then will be nearly impossible.

And Yes after few mins i got messages on my telegram one from Yahoo, threatening me and another from a random Guy saying me the same to return 200$ to a BTC address.

That's a sad attempt at someone faking being me. Many ppl here have my telegram name as well as its public information. I am yahoo62278 on telegram and only yahoo62278 on telegram

This Clearly shows that the user was Yahoo , as the username is same as of Yahoo and he is trying to blackmail me.
