Yes, it act like that. But faucet owners pay to microwallet before we get BTC  in the account(microwallet). So, I don't really think it is the problem but there is a chance. I really think that he is offline.

unknown, i requested on 10/20. no idea of whats involved for api qualification or creation. from what ive read landofbitcoin has more work than time. last api key request, posted here,  took 6/7 days.
