Last year in early december I bought eBitcoin token which turned out to be a scam. Luckily for me I sold them before the ePRX snapshot but alot others have made losses. I really believed this token would be a succes but I've realized that alot of these ERC20 tokens have the same things in common. The devs (or better said scammers) create alot of hype and pretend their token to be the real deal while they never intended to create a working product. I've thought about investing in tokens like Credits and Elixir but I'm afraid they are all the same kind of scam.
Do you trust them?
This is not the problem whether to trust the erc20 tokens is or not, but it is the ICO company. Before you joining any ICO, you must make sure that you have knowledge about the project is real one, not a scam or fake projects. It is very unfortunately for many investors that have been scammed by some ICO's worth millions of dollars.

I cant say that I fully trust the ERC-20 tokens... So I don't see them stable and reliable for a long time... I try to invest in projects that will almost certainly move to their own blockchain in the future - this is the most correct thing to do after 6 months - 1 year of ICO completion ends.

I believe in erc20. If you want to buy an erc20 token and hold it for a long time, please study it before you buy it. Because not all ERC20 tokens are worth holding for long.

I believe in erc-20 tokens, but it depends on project. I don't participate in shady ICOs, so my trust in erc-20 standard can't be broken. But stellar platform and neo platform have less scams, because it isn't popular and harder to create token

Those tokens that you called are not uniquely moshic. They have prospects. I would advise you to take a closer look at the project team for further investment. If they do not inspire confidence in you, then do not invest in their project.

I think it's not really relevant if it's an ERC20 token, build on some other infrastructure or it has its own blockchain, the important thing is that you don't fall for a scam project. The safest option is investing in top 5 coins or do a ton of your own research.

It doesn't matter which protocol a token use it. We can't generalize and decide tokens based on their network. You should find a proper project with a legit product and team.

Yes ,I have trust on ERC20 tokens. ETH,NEO, STELLAR have their own platform and they are doing good. You are asking about all ERC20 tokens.

There is already a Youtube tutorial in how to create an ERC20 token. It is not about the token that you should be asking about. It is about the project in it. Even if it is under NEM or under Waves, they will all just be tokens without the real project as the backbone of it.
There are too many tokens now so better be wary with what you will pick next time.

Yes I trust in ERC20 tokens. Today several projects are already working in ICO market and giving us good oppertunity to purchase ERC20 coins. If you have good tokens/ coins and you want to hold these tokens for long term then there are no doubt then you will get more profit on that.

It is very unfortunately for many investors that have been scammed by some ICO's worth millions of dollars. You're definitely correct. As we here in the crypto currency community we want a great income as a profitable. There are a lot of ICO Projects here in which will depends to those users that might be demand in the market or not. Basically, those erc 20 tokens in the market are competitive enough to each other in order to sustain the possible downfall and may able to recover. Thus, we must have enough knowledge on those erc 20 tokens as we may have trust of them.

Tokens from Erc20 will be easier to get members and investors. ERC20 is a proven platform that is capable of developing technology and increasing its values. The majority in the ICO held its project by implementing ERC20 as a smart contract, it would be far more profitable if it was held longer.

I think that yes, because I have not seen the information that the ERC20 tokens are threatened, it seems to me that today there are so many different options in order to just lose your data or to be hacked.

I really like this product from ethereum, but my trust has decreased since a lot of ERC-20-based tokens end up being shitcoin. so I started to curry with ERC-20-based tokens

When I read this topic I thought we were going to discuss ERC20 vs ERC223. But noobs are blaming the token standard instead of the projects! lol

I don't know if trust is the word for me, but I see potential in some ERC20 tokens. Especially those that have real working products behind them. I wish I could mention the ones I have invested in, but then, you probably have come across better ones. Just research properly before investing Sha.

Yeah right, there so many erc20 tokens now and some of them disappeared while some of them are successful now. We can trust erc20 tokens but the ones that handle it, like the developers need to earned our trusts.

Investing in the top 5 coins is going to make your coins have a lot of value if you hold those coins.
