Question 1: What is the number of Nxt created at Genesis? (Appears to be about 1 billion units, but what's the exact figure?)

1'000'000'000 NXT

http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=3000&acc=1739068987193023818

1739068987193023818 seems to be BCNext's account.

Question 2: Are there cents in Nxt? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303898.msg3506162#msg3506162 This post says there should be.

Cents will be used for Decentralized exchange which requires fractional numbers. Plain payments can send only whole number amounts though.

Question 3: When will the nxt source code be released in full?

On the 3rd of January 2014 if the stakeholders don't decide to postpone the date. The voting will be done by sending 1 NXT to one of the 2 special addresses, every stakeholder have as many votes as coins on the balance.
