Be careful when searching at Google

I believed there are already lots of reports about this that Google received. The problem is on Google now as no actions are being made that can lasts a lifetime. Their web filters in terms of copied sites placed on ads are not that good. I reported lots of it back on Bitmixer days. They removed it but still they continue to accept other same URL but with different domains lol. These are not just present on crypto but for other websites as well.

I doubt an average joe will remained vigilant on this as they trust google search. Now I hope those newbies who will encountered that thing are at least have common sense or they will surely wrecked.

Most of the sites that do really engage with "money" or do have the benefits on getting log in credentials then most likely to have their own phishing site since hackers would really see this as a fishing rod which would completely hook up newbies which will take the bait.We do have same experience with Bitmixer similar url sites ive reported it back in the past but still i do feel useless because just for a short time another similar site would rise up. They should really impose strict acceptance thru these matter.

I experienced this before when searching some wallet like electrum wallet and other wallets like coinomi.

If you click the advertised fake website from the top of the page of google search result the site is the same as what you are looking for if you didn't check the url carefully your account can be hack or steal your account.

I suggest that you use the website, which is not advertised on google and only click the website, which is correct url.

I really hope they do, as these phishing attempts damage the reputation of Bitcoin.   

The best thing that we can do is to protect and help bitcoin and as well as the potential victims of keep reporting these phishing sites to google.

I admire on how the community and some concerned citizens are doing to make our community better.

There is no problem to us who knows how to avoid these fake links but we are more concerned with the new and young investors who mostly lack of knowledge about bitcoin.
