for a mBTC.

Like, quid/buck/etc...

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Agreed! As the price continues to rise, the smaller denominations will start to become more widely used.

Bitty.
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bitty&defid=922903  (NSFW, clearly).

Bit for BTC, or Millie for mBTC.

As someone who believes that BTC will eventually rule a substantial amount of the GDP, I think the focus on naming at this stage is meaningless.
BTC will grow 10-1000X times fold; do we keep re-inventing the names over and over, or just accept the basic arithmetic?

The important point is the deflationary nature of the coin. When people fully realize that, they'll come to terms with any unit of choice.

mBTC, uBTC, nBTC are just fine.
