BTC-E account cleaned out. Support is of no help :(

[Misterate]

Anyone have advice for working with the btc-e support services? I had .47 btc taken from my account one morning and all they do is send me logs of my logins, they won't respond to me through any other kinds of communication at all. It's really frustrating!

Anyone have any tips or advice for how to actually get some assistance from them?


I don't know that it'll help, but these are the two transactions that did it.

I think it's because they cannot do anything once the BTC is gone... it's non reversible. Sorry mate
