A bit more advanced notice next time on your site would be good before I go and put a bunch of coins on your exchange and now it's stuck.

How about addressing the questions regarding stuck withdrawals in the other bter thread??

如何解決有關的其他BTER線卡取款的問題呢??

Hopefully they are fixing the problem with stuck withdrawals.

Right now BTC withdrawals are disabled completely

"BTC withdrawal is disabled 因系统负荷较高,虚拟币提取暂停,稍后开启,请给我们一点时间,感谢您谅解和支持。" -Due to high system load, virtual currency extract suspended, open later, please give us a little time, thank you for your understanding and support.

In fact it seems all withdrawals are disabled right now.

I'm really disappointed that I haven't seen a single response from support@bter.com to over a dozen emails over more than the past 24 hours.

Yeah I got that message too. Very frustrating because now I want to withdraw and I can't.

I hope I didn't just lose all my money now. Sad
