Many of the Trusted Managers whose names are mentioned in the OP one year ago are now red trusted after one year. It's really sad and it's unfortunate that they couldn't keep their position strong. However now I think the post should be updated and the Red Trusted names should be removed and the new Trusted Manager added.

Unfortunately, that's the risk you run when you become a campaign manager. Most of these people have probably never personally scammed anyone. It was more than likely some campaign they were running that decided it didn't want to pay people anymore and they got hit with the negative trust because of it. Even though it was the fault of the people who issue the campaign funds, the campaign managers still get hit with the negative trust because to all the members in the campaign, that is who pays them.

Aside from that, it is also the responsibility of the campaign manager to do his own due diligence before accepting any project. If he feels that there's something shady business going on, he should not accept it or if it is already going on, he should stop the campaign and warn the participants. It is not the responsibility of the manager to pay the participants but at least stop wasting their time for nothing. And from the list of the OP, traxion project hit me because I have encountered their thread before that they haven't fully paid their participants. I don't know if they resolve their issue with their hunters already.

Yes, all the projects written above are successful projects that have paid investors and bounty participants, except the jinbi token project, which until now has not paid bounty participants, even though the jinbi tokens are already on the exchange market and coinmarketcap site and the price is very expensive once.

Current list is not being updated from long time it need serious attention maybe OP is not interested in it anymore or maybe he is busy in other stuff. At the moment there is no big hype about ICOs like the past in 2017 it was on the fire and raised huge money.
