I didn't. I just emailed and posted on Twitter.

But now, I am unable to login at all. So it seems I might have lost all my money after all!

Trading is broken and now this!

@lorenzo how did you manage to get hold of support?

I am glad to see someone else confirming what happened to me. I was unable to log in just now.
Hopefully, the boys at Bit-Mining are fixing things up.

It really could be a great site if they just kept up repairs.

For several days, I have been unable to log in to bit-mining.co
The password reset option is not working.
If this continues, the only option will be to contact the local civil authorities in the locale in which bit-mining.co is hosted and address this as a theft issue.

It should not have to come to that if they would merely do some basic customer support and maintainence.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, it will be near impossible to contact the owners since they have an anon registration.

I wonder what GoDaddy would do if I addressed this issue with them.

Hello Bit-Miners,

We apologize for the lack of communication during these last few days. As you all have noticed, there have been many issues and down times as of late with the website. We have received many hack attempts in the last few days at Bit-Mining.Co, which has caused us many issues. All our staff members are working together to fix all the issues and bring the website back to normal activity as soon as possible.
All open tickets should be resolved and withdrawals processed in the next 48 hours.
If you don't see your issue resolved in the next 48 Hours, please email us
at: Support@Bit-Mining.Co . Again, we apologize for the lack of communication.
From now on, we will keep you updated more frequently by using social media pages.
Please follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bitmining

Why remove all negative feedback they deserve all negetave they keep blaming hackers all the time wow wish I could use those hackers when I dont feel lie making house car payment but i dont i make them they are bunch of liars why it took people to get authorities on their ass to refund some accounts and why blocking some people out of the site and not answering tickets.

I am a skeptic as well, but I haven't been screwed by this site yet.  Just wish it was more robust, and better at dealing with hackers.  Sure people blame hackers for shit like Mt Gox and I believe coinEX is doing, but hackers do actually exist.  Even if they aren't able to steal coins, they can still mess with the site.

Not saying I know what's going on, but so far I haven't had any problems that I am aware of.  Anytime I have a problem it seems to get resolved...

Who knows man, hopefully everything will work out... I knew I should have sold while I could have, thought I would stay and see what happened, but now I am starting to regret that decision....  Even if everything is still there, GHS value will prob drop so my GHS will not be worth as much before I could sell...

Does seem fishy tho, before site went down, there was a massive dump to like .006, before that there had been a 50 THS buy wall at .01 for almost a month.   Who would keep up 50 THS for sale when they could mine an ass ton with it and trade smaller amounts.  Almost seems like the site is pulling GHS out of their anus just to make money off trade fees, selling GHS, and dumping on the market before 'hacker' comes?   I mean hacker could do this too, but it would be easier for site operator to.

There is no hacker they never got hacked they are robbing people themselves anyway I am done with them I will see them in court and poor them they will have to come to New Brunswick for the court I am filling a lawsuit against them now it will cost them moneyy make sure to hire a lawyer allowed to work in NB and travel here hotels and all for the court poor freaking thiefs they were warned about it they even had the nerve to kick me off the site

Everytime they fuck people around they got an excuse it is a hacer well they better brace themselves cause udges are not ignorant like they are and the authorities are already investigating them and following everthing they do on the net they are monitored so closely all the lies are recoreded
