I want my btc or at least know if i got scammed or not.

I didn't lose much, but it still s*cks.
I already offered my help a few times to them (I'm a programmer / developer), but they didn't want me.

I don't really know why,  but that's what I know from offering them help.

On the other hand, I can provide you with SOME info I have, I hope it'll help you people resolve stuff a lot quicker:
- They have changed their hosting servers a few times, was cloudflare at one point but is currently domaincontrol.com
- Domain was registered at Godaddy.com and will expire on Wed Nov 12 23:59:59 GMT 2014
- Domain was last updated on: Fri Apr 25 17:21:43 GMT 2014 (I think this was the last moment they changed anything in the DNS)
- Their email server is pointed to secureserver.net
- Admin's Skype is: bit-mining
- Admin is from Canada
- Tech's Skype is: thekazu4u
- Tech is born (according to Skype) on 28th of January 1990
- It took them 2 months to recover from the first hack / attack

That's what I can think of at this moment, when remember more, I will post it here Smiley

@GroundRod/Everyone - I haven't heard from Lorenzo since my last post, so I'm not sure if he's putting together a list, but a few people have messaged me with their loss information which I'm putting in a google doc (sans emails).

@Cheridum - thanks for the info, I'm sure someone will do something with it. I've add admin to my Skype and will wait for them to come online (though, I'm not hopeful).

I also invested with Active Mining.
Someone got a lawyer going on this: http://www.woodlaw.com/cases/virtual-mining-corporation-and-active-mining-corporation
Perhaps we should find a lawyer in Toronto and do the same thing to bit-mining.co

Does anyone have a lead on the name of the guy who owns bit-mining.co

Also, if YOU are the owner of bit-mining.co, you should be shitting in your pants with fear, because we are coming after you legally. You will end up in court or at a table with a lawyer trying to explain yourself.  To prevent yourself more anxiety and fear, you should give a report here and give us an update. Otherwise, you will have lawyers looking for you.

To everyone who has pm'd me, I've added your loss information to a tracking sheet.

It would be good to hear from the user "yvesp110" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=351935.msg6176720#msg6176720 who says he's has already been in contact with the Ontario Provincial Police and the Toronto police regarding the site.

So I am assuming now we have all be duped?

If you want to add it to your list of commodities lost...

I had 200 GHS, and a withdrawal of .04 pending that was never received.  When I wanted to sell my GHS would have been worth almost 2 BTC.  Even if the site comes back my GHS will be worth half that... GG

Not including KH/s lost (since i do not remember the going rate on the site) or lost potential dividends paid (since we truly can't calculate that, assuming the service has gone down), there is the equivalent of 43.77678669BTC that has been reported as lost so far.

Continue to send these in, tell anyone you know who was using bit-mining.co, it all makes for a stronger case to go after them.

Yes, this was recorded as a balance of 5026 NMC and calculated with the exchange rate of 0.00455001.

they just have it Open your Own systems Port 80 and show you your own systems Webserver If you have one that is

Cleaver but not funny
