Lol, if that LinkedIn account isn't the real owner of Bit-mining, he's gonna be like: WHAT THE HELL! WHERE ARE ALL THESE PROFILE VIEWS COMING FROM! O_O

If he IS the real guy, he's now being like: WHAT THE HELL!! HOW DID THEY FIND ME! O_O

Either way, it should be some progress, good job people!

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

BITMAIN only sold limited AntMiner S1 to Bit-Mining.Co, there is no any partnership between BTIMAIN and Bit-Mining.Co.
If and only if we see enough paper works from the police or other regulation entity, we will provide all the info to legal enforcement entity.

That is a shame. They had your company name splashed across their website and marketing materials. There are a lot of people that lost money to this scam that think your company was a partner to it. I am glad to see you aren't as I am considering an ant miner order later this summer.

aLWAYS the fucking hadjis haha nice work...... damn I am quite impressed.  Only thing I am concerned with that is false information.  Just make sure u know what you are dealing with, don't just look for a scapegoat to blame it on is all I'm saying.  I don't think they are smart enough to have scapegoat though...

Thank you for post BITMAIN, very nice to see vendors stepping in as well.  I hope everyone can get enough data available to take these guys down.

I have losses of 640 GH and the equivalent of 8 BTC.

I need to check my spread sheets and I will be adding my info to the data base.

Lorenzo Money

By the way, would like to communicate, that we have reached a list of 71 BTC OVERALL VALUE in LOSSES reported by you, maybe more as there are some amounts in Dexster list still to check.

ALSO REMEMBER YOU There's a way for you to upload "proves", related documentation, or ways of showing your losses to our Bitmining claim account DRIVE account that we will hopefully use them in the lawsuit.

I recommend to ZIP all your files and save them as your e-mail.zip name (youremailatgmaidotcom) . You can check at the blog for more info: bitminingclaim.blogspot.com

Thanks for the info Bitmain I just got 4 of your S1 miners and am very pleased so far. Luckily I actually made btc at bit-mining because I kept pulling my profits daily. They only got away with like .1 of my winnings.

Hello,

About the post at bitcoinHispano, the "group of affected users" mentioned in the article, it's us. http://elblogdeltoguero.blogspot.com/2014/05/obtener-los-datos-del-dueno-de-un.html

About any news regarding the issues, there's some users in this forum from canada, that joined efforts with me in order to organise the law-suit in best way we are able; so they're making the contacts with Canadian law-firms in order to negotiate a good approach to this matter.

About the guy you revealed some info, I have taken some certified timestamps of all of his facebook, twitter and social accounts I considered useful. He seems to be original from tunisia and studying in a college called Seneca in Canada.

So I hope we can have good news in some days; if anyone would like to collaborate, specially the ones in canada/USA don't hesitate to contact at

bitminingclaim@gmail.com

all the best.

Does anyone know the current state of any claims, law suits or attempts to identify or press charges against the owners of bit-mining.co?

Here is my opinion about how we should proceed with this:

1. Determine the identity of the owner of bit-mining.co and of all of the principal engineers, partners and co-owners. Get their names, addresses, countries of origin.

2. Organize a master list of the contact information and amounts of loss of all those who lost funds on bit-mining.co

3. Decide from among us who will coordinate this project and get people to agree to do each of the separate tasks below, such as talking to prosecutors, lawyers, etc.

2. File a criminal complain in the legal jurisdictions where each of the principals live.

3. Contact the civil authority in each location and begin conversation with the criminal prosecuters for that jurisdiction.

4. I also feel someone should contact the owner of bit-mining.co and ask him to come clean.

Feeling pretty slaughtered by the scammer today...

Will do what I can to help build a case by providing the detailed zip file of my transaction history, spring is here and I'm scrambling to cover a winters worth of losses, not the least of which is a new 220' well pump.

To the person reading this, that operated as 'support@bit-mining' for more than the last month of operation, it would be helpful to you, as well as us, if you stepped forward, running from this for the rest of your life because of involvement w/bit-mining need not be the case, seemed to me that you honestly wanted to help us, but couldn't get the cooperation of the owner.  I'm not sure there ever was a third person involved, other opinions?

1) The owner/operator's identity has already been posted in this thread.

2) We've already collected the information of losses from anyone who has sent it in.

3) Additional coordination is needed, as i'm doing what i can (talking to lawyers, filling criminal complaints, auditing the list of loses etc) but i have several other things on the go as well.

4) I've contacted him personally via various means asking him to come clean and have failed to receive a single reply from him yet.

In addition - 5) This scam and the operators associated, should be reported in the scams section of bitcointalk.

3. Contact the civil authority in each location and begin conversation with the criminal prosecuters for that jurisdiction.

4. I also feel someone should contact the owner of bit-mining.co and ask him to come clean.
