Ok obviously we have deposit issues at the moment here is what we are doing to resolve it:

First get the current program up at least up and down so some start posting.
Second rewriting how it is handled to better sustain the load

Hitting periods of 1500 req/s for the page

Already 1400 new users before lunch that means were going to likely hit 3000 new user signups today.

Still tweaking stuff to handle the crazy load.

Still have inbound servers to add to handle the load (its a holiday in the US)

Hired another programmer on Thanksgiving starts Monday

Training more support staff to get to ticket.

Thanks for your support spread the word!

after the fix helped the deposits from yesterday to finally come through, it seems like it's broken again for new deposits (won't even show up as pending). Sad

John, thanks for the continued presence on the board. I have had my Helpdesk ticket twice marked as Resolved when there has been no deposit in my account. Can you answer why tickets are being marked as Resolved when there has been no resolution?

Thanks, and hang in there. It will get better with the new equipment.

Nothing yet. It's been 24 hours with no trading available to me during a volatile day.

I just sent you an email.

My deposit just disappeared from the account, it's not just "pending" - it's not even in transactions history.
I described my situation in PM, please take a look.

The deposits are slow to deposit due to the lag, which issue will be mitigated by the new servers that are coming in.

Guys, we've got a backlog of tickets, and deposits are crediting but at a delayed pace, so give it time before you file a ticket and give us a break. Wink

We apologize for the trouble this is causing, but it will be getting better! Welcome to all the new users! Smiley

I understand, but what about deposit disappearing problem? It's not about delay, it's about the fact that cryptsy behaves like my transaction didn't happen at all (deposit transaction disappeared). I'm getting worried.
Is it related to this lag too?

My luckycoin deposits sent over 12 hours ago still havent shown up.

Also, ALF trades are stuck:

I also am unable to generate a new LKY deposit address - just sits on 'generating address".

Disappearing? There is support for every issue that you have, no need to worry about it.

Most likely it's safe.  What coin is it?  If you can see it in the coins block explorer you're fine.

Obviously their servers are overtaxed. Refreshing the screens are lagging severely, and have been for hours.

It may take hours, days or weeks but these Exchanges are likely all suffering from the same thing (exponential growth). Best get used to growing pains. And much, much more. Blasting them with endless e-mails and all isn't helping, but instead slowing their effort to resolve everything.

The best advice is to do your due diligence and keep researching all of the crypto-currencies. Hint: Click the Crypto NAMES at the link below!

I will do my part and sign off so server load is further reduced. Others should too unless their actively trading. That alone may help a lot. And don't open up more windows/tabs than you absolutely need to. That will surely help too so that not so many pages are trying to refresh near constantly with ever changing data and new streams there of. Instead head over to http://coinmarketcap.com/ to watch the action. That way Cryptsy's servers wont be so taxed.

 Best Wishes
