what do I need to have, what do I need to learn, what kind of infrastructure that need to be up & running, where to start, whats the risks (and profit) providing such service?
You're looking at about 8 man-months to get a working prototype and then more on top of that to get it production ready. Then add any and all business concerns, such as making the project work financially.
