Please try the hard power cycle with at least 39 seconds of break between! And the. Check the ASIC status page and see if there are any "x" instead of 8 "0"s The perfect machines may see x time tori shut that should be just random locations. If problem persist, please email me the picture of your power supply and how you wire the power cables and a few screenshots of the status pages from a few hours between as the samples. The could t on a BTCGuild differs time time but in a kong term average should equal out. If the btcguild speed seems too low, try other pools and see! The control panel shows the real hashing rate as btcguild shows what they received from your ant is the network, so if there are traffic issues, it could count a bit lower. Also I have seen the gh rate higher than my test machines reported... Joshmon@e-mail.phmy 2 have arrived and are hashing. only concern is they are only hashing around 140 - 145 gh/s according to the web configuration, but only shows 120+ on btcguild. some of the asic's are showing an X in the asic status. temp's are showing below 50. who do i need to get with for support/returns/replacement/etc?

Would you kind enough to post a close up of your PSU to be able to see the brand? Also close look on your wire connections! Also if the wires are getting hotter or not. Also the hard reboot the power cycle and take some sample status on the ant miners in a few hours time frame. Such as 39 minutes between or an hour between? Thank you! my 2 have arrived and are hashing. only concern is they are only hashing around 140 - 145 gh/s according to the web configuration, but only shows 120+ on btcguild. some of the asic's are showing an X in the asic status. temp's are showing below 50. who do i need to get with for support/returns/replacement/etc?
Hi can you show us your stats ?? I have got between 1-4 x . This is connected with power supply. You should check wires, try reboot machine. let us know. I already reboot, and lowered my x from 4 to 1 on blade nr.1. i did reboot and am getting a bit better, but still 10% less than 180gh/s. and as you can see the 2nd one is worse than the 1st with almost a full row of X's. 1st - 2nd - btcguild stats -

Thanks for participating in the groou buy and sorry about the postal code screw up on my part! Great to hear its hashing away at 200gH more bung for the money! It's a beautiful thing... China to Connecticut in 2 days, set up in 45 minutes (had to find my wire strippers, took a bit) and overclocked in about 10 seconds. Happily hashing away at 200Ghz. Huzzah! Thanks again sushi for taking this over.

Yes! This do really works. however, the S1 is designed to run optimum at 180gh range and over clocking may void your warranty as you have to modify the config file of the unit. CAUTION!!! Without the proper cooling and the power supply, it could hurt your lovely Ant! Thanks for Goxed to making the list! It does really work!

Hillarious! Well my box finally got released from customs in California, so hopefully you guys stuck in customs are seeing an update in your tracking. The bummer part is that they now are showing a delivery of Monday. If I see it makes to the state I will see if I can do a pickup at the airport.

I also received my two Antminer units today. Having an address at a UPS Store ROCKS. I've never seen a package move from China to NY in 2 days. Well done Sushi/Bitmain, keep me updated on further stock.
Will post pictures in the morning.

UPS man finally came today and issued me with the £52.92 Charge for "handling" He then went and took my credit card away and it then got declined because he blocked it says my bank. I then had to go find a cheque book and he was giving me so much grief it was unreal he declined the first check then when I was writing the second he said I was wasting his time and said he would come back monday. Finally he accepted the 2nd one. Open the packaged to find what I think to be thermal paste everywhere. Also loads on the boards is this suppose to be like this ? As don't want to turn them on till confirmed Thanks

Yes it's the thermal paste, it must've been under pressure and leaked out the screw holes in shipping.
I received my unit as well as a replacement part I requested. Bitmain really pulled through on the issue and I plan to put a full review later.
However, I noticed that when I removed the secondary board from my auction batch1 unit, the thermal paste is obviously machine-applied, with a dot of paste placed every cm or so. However, it was obvious that only some of this paste was in contact (flattened properly) and a few areas the dots of paste were clearly under little pressure as the paste had not spread out. It may be a good idea for everyone who receives a unit to check the tension of all the hex screws, and if necessary give them an extra twist to ensure full contact to the heatsink
