Made a 2nd withdrawal, 44 minutes so far and still not sent to me.
Why they didn't make it automatic any more?
Lots of site can automatic withdrew, it's almost instant.

I just made a withdrawal. It arrived 8 minutes later.

I should have updated my comment - shortly after I posted that, I did get a response, and that cs person responded several times when I asked for updates.

ALL withdrawals are manual at Nitrogen.
And, at least in the middle of the night, the withdrawal time is unacceptable.

I made 2 withdrawals - the first took about 45 minutes, the 2nd 2 hours and 32 minutes.

Not good.

This was the best btc book by far, but on multiple levels I am uneasy about this latest development.

As far as I know the withdrawals are usually set to manual when sometime they suspect foul play and sometimes for other reasons. One time I had a similar problem that all the withdrawals were manual. So I just created a new account and it was reset to being automatic again. Thats what I would recommend doing.

However there are time when withdrawals are set to be manual for everyone, but doesn't happen that often.

If they suspected foul play, they could've resolved it before 2 hours and 32 minutes had passed.

I'm quite sure NO ONE gets automatic withdrawals anymore.

There is no reason.

What's wrong with this picture?
There are definitely pieces of the puzzle missing, and it's being covered up with vague terms like "foul play" and "fair play".

I sent a message to a friend listing several possibilities, that was the first.

Are you assuming this or you have some info?

That's one of the things I had in mind when I wrote that this (no instant withdrawal) is disturbing on several levels.


A straightforward statement would've worked better than the doubletalk that cs and support offer.
But I suppose - if this or something along these lines is the issue - they felt it would scare customers who may wonder what we're wondering.
The problem is that avoiding the issue and trying to cover up with doubletalk is also scary.

Foul play not on the site, but since Nitrogensports is now a whole casino, it has other games as well. Sometime people are able to take advantage of some bugs or are colluding for example  , that would come under foul play.

There haven't been any issues with my account either. it was shifted to manual withdrwals randomly or some reason.
I haven't used the site for the past 2- 3 weeks as I was away from home. But was Automatic back then.
Opening a new account was just a recommendation, if you are unable to get help from them. There is only so much you can do. If I was in your position, I would obviously take my business elsewhere. But if I wanted to stick to that website, its what I would have personally done.

I can offer some insight later today from my experience - unfortunately I had a use for the coins and this kept me up all night.

Will post some specifics about my 2 withdrawals later today which I feel make some things clear.

I'd like to clarify a couple of things quickly.

First, we don't recommend starting new accounts. Accounts haven't been "banned", nor have we used the words foul play. We've just added another measure to help ensure your funds are secure. Generally, any withdrawals that are caught for manual review are being processed within minutes.

Jenny - I don't believe we will have one person post in this forum that he received an instant withdrawal in the last 2 weeks, perhaps longer.
They are ALL manual.
It doesn't help when you try to make it seem that only some withdrawals are manual.

They cannot help. I wanted my withdrawal, and it took 2 hours and 32 minutes.
There is no excuse for this.
The cs agent periodically responded to me, but there wasn't much he could do ("It shouldn't be much longer"...2 hours later...).

They received 6 or so Support posts from me during that time. They were fully aware of my situation.
