I just followed up with the tech team, they've told me that there were multiple issues causing the connection to timeout. That's a good question, we don't currently offer a feature to filter out specific types of bets (ML, Spreads, O/U, etc.). But, you could use a little work around by typing (CTRL+F) and searching for a term included in the bets you're looking for (ex. "ML", "Over", etc. )
