I have face this kind of problem too last week but it seems after I change my browser it went well. Try delete all history and cookies or may be you can change to chrome since I dont have this kind of problems after change it to chrome

I was able to login to Nitro about 30 minutes ago.

Not sure what the problem was, never got that specific error message before.

Don't know what caused the problem, emailed Nitro some info in case it helps them.

But so far so good for the last 30 minutes.

I'd like to note: Very fast email response from Nitro when I sent them a "Can't login" email - 11 minutes from my sending the email to my getting a response.

30' is long enough for gamble, just perfect exp, I think, a little longer may start the losing chain.

The cs rep didn't know what caused the problem and is looking into it and the it people will look at it tomorrow.

I was still pleased to get a quick response and to know someone there is trying to resolve it.

It seems to me that whatever issue I had resolved itself, at least for the time being.
