Full time is two 45 minute halves for soccer plus any stoppage time.
The crowd started to throw rocks at the players and the referees, and at the 86' mark the referee stopped the match, at which point they tried to leave, but people were throwing more rocks at them, so riot gear police officers came to protect them. The match was interrupted, and not finished. This was the decision of the head referee.

Despite some unusual circumstances surrounding the reffing of a recent match between Defensor La Bocana and Real Garcilaso, the match was graded correctly according to our rules as well as the official result of the match.
The news articles you've shared provide a good summary of what happened on the field, but
they also mention that the league's governing body (ADFP) have the final decision whether the 4 minutes remaining were completed. At the moment, ADFP's official result shows Garcilaso winning by 2:
