0.8 BTC were withdrawn from my NitrogenSports account. Not by me. Opened a ticket. Waiting for their reply.
I did not have 2-factor enabled. But as per their recent statement "In a subsequent investigation, our security team also received direct confirmation from Cloudflare that Nitrogen's data was not included in the Cloudbleed HTTPS traffic leak, as suggested by the player. "
I do not want to jump conclusions, but according to the recent incidents there, it does smell fishy...

Why if there is transation unconfirmed, we can't withdraw the fund which is not including the unconfirmed part? It is not fair to influence our all funds because of a few fund is unconfirmed.

Is this the only site you've used this current password? They could have gotten your password from anywhere. TONS of sites were affected. You really should change ALL your passwords after what happened |

I don't know if I'm the only one who's experiencing this but it appears that I can't play poker using the Google Chrome browser. Fortunately, I found a solution for this. I tried using Mozilla Firefox and it worked. I don't know the cause of it but I'm glad that I found a solution for it. So, there you go, if anyone's having problems with poker on their Google Chrome browser, just use other browsers like Mozilla.  |

I tried using Mozilla Firefox and it worked. I don't know the cause of it but I'm glad that I found a solution for it. So, there you go, if anyone's having problems with poker on their Google Chrome browser, just use other browsers like Mozilla. I use chrome for poker, it is ok, did you allow the "pop-up window"? If you still can't play even if you allowed the new winder, you can use Firefox instead. |

Weird, I've been playing there using Chrome for a long time now, is this a new one or did you have it for a while? Pop-ups are when using Firefox "or Tor and other FF based browsers" mostly, Chrome just opens the poker interface directly. |

interested to hear an update for this Their support was very responsive. Had a long discussion on my ticket. Got almost instant replies. Now comes the worse part: They confirmed that no failed login attempts to my account were recorded at the time the withdrawal happened. They are not willing to provide me the IP address the withdrawal was initiated from. They are not willing to provide me their address to include in the police report that I will file. I believe this was an inside job. I gave them a deadline of 48 hours to refund me of which a little less than 28 hours are left. After the deadline I will file a police report and instruct my lawyer to sue them. Good luck to both of us. |

Could be, there was a hack case which happened days ago, the victim enabled 2FA, but they didn't find the solution and said no ip can be shown. |

Is poker a part of this problem ? I see a blank screen when I try to login and play poker. This is what I am getting. Hello Nitrogensports, Any update on this ? This still seems to be a problem. I tried clearing cache and even a different browser, but it hasn't helped solving that problem. I have been using chrome.
