Why there are events that a certain bet will suddenly be closed even prior to the game scheduled? (In my case less than a hour).

E.g last game of the season between Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers. I want to test some risk at Pacers Moneyline since the odds are decent as part of my parlay set. But after I wait for my amount confirmation and will now placed a bet, the betting options suddenly closed and for 30 minutes it was remained close so I never made any bet that game together with the others sets. But good thing, Cavaliers win the game and you save my precious amount lol.
