Do something about the cheating on the poker platform and please show us you actually do take reports seriously!
Tired of responses to my tickets that do not connect to the issue and are either copy and paste or off topic.
If you plan to just make customers feel like they are on a island and only one complaining,you have failed.
Do something!
Support has gone from noting the players and doing nothing to requesting hand histories. Now they want customers to make a video of the issues so they can look! If there is a actual poker team,then they should be able to address issues without asking the customers to do the work that should be done by them to begin with. If you actually showed you where doing something,I would have no problem sending you videos and taking the time to explain what the issue is. But over 2 years I see the same faces that admit to being cheats in chat,have been busted cheating and nothing changes.
Forward my email that I sent 24 hours ago with no response to management and have them look at my reports and how support responds back.
If you continue to do nothing we should all start to boycott this site and establish a site that give a damn.
Nitro either has no clue or continues to allow cheats as a win/win situation. The cheats should be seen as house players now,as Nitro has allowed it to go on for to long. This means the cheats create little rake but they do steal from the actual regulars that play honest poker.
Another issue is Nitro does not compensate players that have been cheated,they seem to give it a blind eye because it allows them not boost the amount on any freerolls or actually promote poker. They just treat it like a side show pony that they give no concern too.
Do something or the players will show how bad it is and flood this site and others with youtube links showing the issue.
Do better.
