Thought Nitro reps would address issues rather than pass the buck off, is this progress or a continued downward trend for the site!
Its well known that you guys make players think issues are all in their head or on their end of things, so speaking here is a way to keep you guys on point.
p.s We also find the uptick in shilling amusing in this thread, did I miss a promotion or is this the new tactic as you take over for Calvin?
Suggestion:
Instead of telling customers to contact A or B, it might smooth things out by acting as the go between and not making the customer navigate on their own.
Have suggested this in the past but you guys seem to want to make it look like you have more staff than you actually do.
