I can understand that you are having an issue,but do not bombard with complaints ,they will look after the issue and i am sure they will settle things up as they have always settled in the past,so just give them some time and wait for their response,rather than posting it over and over again.

i need help anyone. i cant bypass the "checking your browser" it keeps on repeating after 5 seconds, but im not a bot i have my cookies and javascript already enabled. how to fix this i can access nitrogen using my moble on the same network. my machine is running on windows 10, browser is firefox.

We are aware of periodic timeouts on dice right now. All the rolls are still verified Provably Fair for those able to play at the moment. We will update this thread when everything is back to normal.

Be warned I am posting the response I receive here in the bitcointalk thread:

Why is obvious cheating still going on at the .02/.04 level?
If I log on randomly and catch accounts cheating 80% of the time, it should be easy to flag accounts that play headsup with one another every day and refuse to play a third account at the table.
It also should be addressed why you allow collusion rings at the same level!

Enough time has passed for you to stop dragging your feet and apply the correct tools to fix this issue.

P.S Dice is done for me, been waiting close to a year for you to fix a problem that you are only now admitting was on nitros end. I can find better sites and if poker keeps going this way, I am done with this site altogether.

Maybe answer in the bitcointalk thread as well, the current support there is failing hard and just pissing people off.

Its comments like the one that Bratt gives that confuse customers. He is talking about the provability and I am telling him the damn thing does not work. Its about 50/50 when I cry about the dice issue if they respond like Bratt or tell me the dice issue is on my end.

As for the poker, we all know the poker team they refer to is a unicorn that does not actually exist.

Sig spammers can be ignored. It's just selection bias because you'll get these posts about how they're excited to see the site or how it's good all the time -- you're just noticing it more.

Never really trust most of the online poker platforms, they can be cheated in so many ways and you will never find out.
You are talking about not just players side, but the actually business running on the poker sites.

Here's but two examples that I could find, h/t to Sadsong for doing the real work and finding these colluders:

Both have been busted prior and are repeat offenders.
Thing the above players like to do now is appear to be playing but they always balance out their accounts near the end. Its just to bypass the initial look,its becoming a new pattern for those already warned or talked to about it.
Other tell is how when one sits out/disconnects the other account will wait for a super long time. Most players move on and sometimes you will just catch one of the accounts sitting alone forgotten.

These are but two examples of cheaters profitting off of their cheating that I found in a few minutes, using Sadsong's excellent research.

Questions:

1. Why were these players, who colluded openly and obviously, allowed to collude on your platform?

2.  Why did your security team not catch these obvious acts of collusion?  Why they were shown to your security team, why did they not take action?

3.  What happened to the illicit money that was won by these players?  Has it been refunded to the players that were cheated?  If yes, when.  If no, why not?

We have proof of them cashing for ~$75.  How much more have they cashed for?  How much more have they cheated other players out of in other cash games/tournaments?  Where is this money now?
