I'm curious but are there people that have huge balances on nitrogen? Like imagine someone with say 50 bitcoin or more?
I do not see any problem on that having huge balance in nitrogen and this is one of the trusted betting site. And the incoming hard fork they already have a blog which is clearly explain of what is they plan for the balances of the users.

No, players won't be credited with BCC. They only announced the times where they'll stop the withdrawals then deposits and stop their games for the mean time. Once the network becomes stable again they'll start accepting deposits and withdrawals. Shortcut link to that blog right here. I'm cashing out my balance tomorrow because of this.

Is there any comparison on betting site and forking. May be number of betting person will be reduced from tomorrow to August 1st. If you are worry about BCC cash you stick with the blockchain.info. Here I don't think discussion will suits. You could create a thread in other section to check about it.

I don't mean to sound offensive but what made you think that the previous reply doesn't suit the discussion? the user isn't derailing the thread he/she is just telling the truth. Almost every bitcoin gambling site are making their own announcement about their plan before August 1 and whether they'll support BCC or not. Also it's not recommended to use blockchain's wallet as a storage in preparation for the split.

Here's but two examples that I could find, h/t to Sadsong for doing the real work and finding these colluders: On (or before) May 18th, you were alerted that "Samony(1472227)" was colluding at the tables: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1917896.msg19083152#msg19083152All of the observed hands are in that link. Players: satoshi [734546] samony [1472227] Both have been busted prior and are repeat offenders. Thing the above players like to do now is appear to be playing but they always balance out their accounts near the end. Its just to bypass the initial look, its becoming a new pattern for those already warned or talked to about it. Other tell is how when one sits out/disconnects the other account will wait for a super long time. Most players move on and sometimes you will just catch one of the accounts sitting alone forgotten. On May 21st, he cashed in a tournament: Here's a screenshot of two people with user numbers 6 away from each other [2196342 and 2196348] both cashing in a tournament: What are the odds! These are but two examples of cheaters profitting off of their cheating that I found in a few minutes, using Sadsong's excellent research. Questions: 1. Why were these players, who colluded openly and obviously, allowed to collude on your platform? 2. Why did your security team not catch these obvious acts of collusion? Why they were shown to your security team, why did they not take action? 3. What happened to the illicit money that was won by these players? Has it been refunded to the players that were cheated? If yes, when. If no, why not?

I'm cashing out my balance tomorrow because of this. they are actually telling any of their users to withdraw any bitcoin from their accounts just to be on the safe side when this process of the forking does happen. They give out a detailed description of the time line every one of their users should be doing with specific dates and time they should be doing it. So to have themselves covered if any complaints come in from users saying they are missing their coins in their accounts for some reason or another.

I clicked on the link for what Nitro is doing tomorrow and I have to ask one question. Aug. 1 @ 06:00 EST – 3 Card Poker, Baccarat, and Poker will be unavailable to all players for a short time. [/b] How is this connected to the issue? Please tell me you guys are putting in stronger safeguards to block cheating!

Hi Sadsong, It is related from an internal perspective, but technically unrelated to the blockchain split. Thanks, - Jason.

Hey SaShiRaJaVu, It's definitely not in our best interest either to have players sit out for any extended period of time. We'll update the site as soon as things are getting back to normal. - Jason.

Nitrogen: Today you sent me (and others) a message saying that you appreciated me staying on top of the multi-account issue and that you were going to effect some changes "over the next few weeks". Yet you have yet to answer any of my questions. Here they are again: 1.
A new question is why is it taking you several weeks to stop people blatantly colluding? Also, this reinforces question #2, what has your security team been doing that they can't catch such blatant collusion?

A new question is why is it taking you several weeks to stop people blatantly colluding? Also, this reinforces question #2, what has your security team been doing that they can't catch such blatant collusion? Hi DarkDays, 1. Players were never 'allowed' to collude on our platform. Our policies are quite clear concerning our position on collusion. From poker rules: If a player or team of players is found to be colluding in any way at our poker tables, their accounts may be permanently banned from playing poker at Nitrogen.
These exists no second chance policy for collusion, and ignorance of the above policy has no effect on the consequences.2. We do our best to openly address accusations of collusion in poker because of the social nature of the game. We can't be everywhere at once and multi-accounting issues on an anonymous platform like Nitrogen Sports is not something that gets magically turned off with the 'flip of a switch'. Our poker investigations team is growing and is evolving new ways to catch multi-accounting, but you need to know that it's going to be a combination of sound and tested policies over a period of time that's going to eliminate multi-accounting. Blindly swinging the 'ban-hammer' simply won't work long-term. 3. We will always address the question of illicit winnings on a case-by-case basis and will privately communicate with affected players should the need arise. - Jason.

Since Jason is unwilling/unable to show that Nitro refunds players that were cheated, can anyone come forward and show that they have received refunds from colluders getting caught? This is very typical on every major poker forum for every major site. Yet I've never heard anything from any Nitro player. So: has any player been refunded from colluders getting caught? Please speak up. If you for whatever reason don't want to make it public, please feel free to private message me, I promise I'll maintain your confidentiality, as I have with plenty of people over the years. Also, you (obviously) didn't actually answer any of my questions. And you literally didn't answer my additional questions. And one would wonder why I had to ask you multiple times to answer my questions. And you even took the time to send me a private message (even though you copied and pasted that message to multiple other people).

Jason, I can't help but feel that your team isn't being efficient enough at combatting collusion. I understand that the worst thing to do is to ban an innocent member that was coincidentally involved in some suspicious hands, but the hand history provided by Sadsong and I exhibited at least two dozen hands from the pairs of players. Multiple times, in fact, there was redundant information to further solidify the fact that these players were intentionally recreating the same circumstances in their hands in order to take place in the freerolls.
If you simply had one staff member looking over suspicious tables (high H/H, low avg. pot) then it would be a simple matter. I myself have already marked at least a score of players due to the fact that when I even sit down at their tables, both players instantly leave.
The frustration should be justified given that you've allowed this for so long and the fact that players are revealing (obvious) colluders left and right shows that the security team needs work. If you cannot see the basic collusion then how can players feel safe at higher stakes?
