Hi nitrogensports. I want to ask something, how to make a parlay on e-sports matches ? I've seen people on nitrogensports share their parlay slip with combination of esports matches and when i try it, it says error or something like that. How to make parlay on esports match or enable it ? Thank you.

Why can't I parlay eSport teams that have the same name but playing under different games (example)? Is this some kind of bug or you guys don't allow it? Want to hear your response about this.

Please be advised that this is a decision made based on the current state of the crypto currency market, and may be reevaluated in the future. For now, when you request a withdrawal please ensure you are using a BTC wallet address and confirm that the address you enter is correct. We cannot retrieve funds once they have been sent and if you send to a BCH address, they may be lost.

Yeah, that's really bad.  Especially since they froze withdraws days before the Bitcoin Cash was given out.

If we assume that there was only 2000BTC in all of Nitrogen's user accounts at the time of the fork, that means that Nitrogen has in essence stolen 231.614BTC ($646,897) from it's users.  And I think it's likely that if you add up every bitcent in every Nitrogen user's account, the total is probably far more than 2000BTC.  Hopefully they act like Coinbase and do the right thing (CB today announced that they will be giving people their Bitcoin Cash instead of stealing it).

We have not claimed the BCH. We will not put the security of our accounts system at risk without completely understanding BCH first. It takes time and resources to properly audit, build and test new cryptos if and when we decide to introduce them for our player base.

Our official position is that we only support BTC as of today, but that doesn't mean our position can't change as we understand more about the mechanisms of BCH.

My withdrawals were locked just hours before the "deadline." 

I was given literally 3 generic answers as to why my account was locked.

Then after the "deadline," I got a message saying Nitrogen made a mistake (whoops!) and I should have been able to withdrawal my BTC.

But, it was conveniently too late.  And Nitrogen kept my BCH.

In addition to Coinbase and Bustabit (among others), Poloniex has now said that they will credit user's with Bitcoin Cash equal to their BTC balance at the time of the fork.  If so many other major players are able to understand Bitcoin Cash and credit users securely, why can't Nitrogen? 

You don't have to offer Bitcoin Cash betting, just give the Bitcoin Cash to users who request it.  Doing anything else is tantamount to stealing what amounts to probably over a million dollars.  Every other site is doing the right thing, I think it's time for Nitrogen to do the right thing as well.

So you froze the ability for people to withdraw for days beforehand and didn't even use that time to even understand how bitcoin cash works? Surely you must realize by now that not only was the freeze pointless (thanks to consensus level replay protection) but unfairly resulted in you now sitting on a lot of bitcoin cash that your users would have otherwise been able to access.

Can you at least confirm if you have a snapshot of all users balances at the time of the fork, if you ever decide to be reasonable and offer bitcoin cash to your users?
