Just wanted to say that I got my lossback, and cashed it out no problem.
Cancelling the last casino promo is unfortunate, but can't be that unexpected since these promos have zero upside for Nitro and are probably costing them several million dollars.
Marketing guy might be getting fired.

Never understood why it was .5 sounded too good to be true... even like .1 or .05 is a great promo already Here's my guess: some marketing guy didn't understand the difference between "gross" and "net" and mistakenly thought that giving back losses would be a net breakeven for the casino and not a massive net loss. He forgot that half the players win. It makes no sense that a site that gives away .01 BTC free bets (with an equity of .005 BTC) for an 8-leg parlay is going to randomly give every single person ~$2300 worth of equity. But I think they paid everyone so I hope it got them some new players. |

Withdraws have taken longer in the past couple of weeks than they ever have, but I've never had one take longer than ~8 hours. I'd say you should expect to wait an hour currently. |

I'm led to believe that there are a couple of upper management guys that don't understand gambling at all. They just bankroll and collect them checks.
I'm probably wrong. They probably intended to lose $2,700,000.

Well that sucks because I just went through 10 minutes in explaining their promotions that where outlined for the past week to on of my affiliates and now they all the sudden cancel the last one on the big day that they will rake in the money? What the hell is that about? You can't just change something in the middle of a promotion just because you feel like your going to lose out on paying out to the winners. That is not how a casino works in RL. |
